UK AI Council

UK AI Council is a not-for-profit membership organisation dedicated to building the UK's AI capability, together. As artificial intelligence reshapes every sector of the economy, we exist to make sure UK businesses and their people have the competence, confidence and standards needed to adopt it well.
We bring together the three groups that make AI work in practice: technical teams and developers, managers and decision-makers, and those responsible for governance and internal policy. Through expert-led training, recognised certification pathways, practical guidance on responsible AI, and a regular programme of events across the UK, we help organisations move from experimentation to real, measurable capability.
Membership is open to individuals and organisations at every stage of their AI journey, with free and paid tiers. Members receive our weekly UK AI Briefing, access to our growing community of practitioners, and a trusted, independent voice on AI competence in the UK.
