Chris is a Global Director at Microsoft, focused on how organisations adopt and scale emerging technologies such as generative and agentic AI. He advises senior leaders on moving from AI experimentation to enterprise-wide deployment, translating complex technical and regulatory developments into practical strategies for innovation, governance, and risk management. His work spans industry, policy, and technology, with a particular focus on building trusted, resilient, and scalable AI-enabled organisations.
Before joining Microsoft, Chris was a supervisor at the Bank of England’s Prudential Regulation Authority, specialising in operational resilience and cloud adoption. He started his career in technology risk at KPMG.
