Evgeniya Bakalova is a UK-based business coach and entrepreneur with over 15 years of hands-on experience building companies from the ground up, from a delivery business serving the England-Bulgaria route to a chain of retail shops and a Bulgarian restaurant and rakia bar in London. After years of running businesses on instinct and sheer effort, she invested heavily in her own training and mentorship, an experience that reshaped how she thinks about growth and led her to develop the S.T.R.U.C.T.U.R.E. Method, a nine-pillar framework for building businesses on structure rather than struggle. She is a co-founder of EXOOO, a platform connecting SMEs and clients. She is also a specialist in applying DISC behavioural psychology to sales, client relationships, and team building, and is currently writing her first book on the subject. Through her coaching, speaking, and mentorship programmes, she helps entrepreneurs move from chaos and overwork to clarity, control, and sustainable growth.
