Hein is the Country Manager for Sourcefit South Africa, leading the build-out and growth of Sourcefit's Cape Town delivery center and driving the company's expansion across UK and European markets. He brings over 20 years of senior leadership experience spanning banking, insurance, retail, BPO, and consulting across South Africa, Australia, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. His career includes leadership roles at Liberty Life, Santam, Capitec Bank, Foschini Group, and global BPO providers, giving him deep experience navigating regulated industries, cross-cultural workforce dynamics, and distributed teams across time zones and geographies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member for Cape BPO, contributing to the growth and global positioning of South Africa's outsourcing sector. His perspective on offshore delivery is grounded in decades of operational discipline and commercial leadership on both sides of the client relationship.
