was running my fifth business. I could sell, launch, and scale, but growth kept stalling on the same problem: my own leadership. In 2016 I brought in external coaching for the first time, and it changed everything. I learned that revenue isn't readiness, and freedom isn't earned through grind, it's built consciously, through teams that own outcomes rather than tasks.
That insight became the foundation of how I coach today. I work with founder-led businesses from 30 to 500 people across the UK, helping leaders step back from the detail and build the judgement, rhythm, and structure needed to operate at the next altitude. I'm also a global trainer for the Entrepreneurs' Organization's Accelerator Programme, working with founders facing the exact inflection points I once did.
