James is an experienced Operations Manager, first of all in the NHS working for the Chief Nurse in the Midlands and latterly for Integrated Resources. After a degree in Business & Innovation at the Academy of Contemporary Music, James has been able to hone his skills both in leadership and strategy as well as operations. His degree was a combination of business, psychology, law, and music. He has gained high-level experience inside and outside the music industry, both for a renowned classical concert pianist and other well-known artists.

He has huge experience of HR project management and has a special interest in the areas of psychometrics, lead generation and recruitment. He has worked with small and medium-size enterprises as well as blue-chip clients across a number of sectors including life sciences, hotel and leisure, manufacturing industry and professional financial services
