Mariami Uznadze is transforming the future of finance with FinCl AI, an AI-first platform giving SMEs clarity and intelligence once reserved for big corporations. She began her career at Merck and later at DXC Technology/Luxoft, where she rose to Financial Controller for more than 100 global clients. There she led initiatives that improved financial accuracy, streamlined reporting, and strengthened SOX compliance across international operations. Alongside her corporate roles, Mariami built hands-on entrepreneurial experience — from launching a café-bakery and managing imports to advising SMEs. As a consultant, she helped business owners boost profitability, optimize cash flow, and design growth strategies, which shaped her conviction that finance must be simpler and smarter. Holding an Executive MBA from Hult International Business School in London, she now leads FinCl AI with the mission to turn complexity into clarity through AI, empowering entrepreneurs to make confident, data-driven decisions.
