Mariami Uznadze is the Founder & CEO of FinCl AI and a finance executive who believes finance should do more than report the past - it should help businesses make better decisions.
Currently serving as Head of Finance, Mariami brings experience across corporate finance, financial controlling, private equity, and strategic finance. She previously worked as a Financial Controller at DXC Technology (Luxoft), supporting financial operations across more than 100 global Banking, Capital Markets and Insurance clients, and has advised private equity-backed businesses on financial performance, capital allocation, and growth.
An Executive MBA graduate of Hult International Business School in London, Mariami sees businesses as living systems, where financial data reveals not just what has happened, but how a business is behaving and where it needs attention. She founded FinCl AI to transform complex financial data into real-time, AI-powered insights that help SME founders make faster, smarter decisions.
