Nathan Stewart is Managing Director and Chief Information Security Officer of Total Group International, a UK managed IT and cyber security firm that helps small and medium businesses adopt technology safely. With a background in cyber security and IT operations, Nathan leads a team that treats security as the foundation of everything it does, not an afterthought. 

An AI architect and one of the first Anthropic partners in the UK, Nathan has guided his own company through adopting AI across day-to-day operations, building an in-house AI system, ADAM, our first digital worker, used across finance, sales and operations before any of it is recommended to a client. That journey surfaced hard, practical lessons on privacy, cost and disappointing results that most businesses hit but rarely hear about. Nathan now helps SME leaders adopt AI with the same guardrails: private by design, human-checked, and measured on real outcomes rather than hype.
