Nellie McQuinn
Nellie McQuinn founded her first business at 19 and has been building ever since. Today she is the founder of AWAY Wills, a modern, digital-first Will-writing and estate planning practice, and of LORE, a platform built to preserve the stories and memories a Will cannot hold.
Before law, she spent her career in global media, most recently as a senior production executive at Moonbug Entertainment, the company behind CoComelon and Blippi. She brings that commercial and creative instinct to an industry largely unchanged since 1837.
A registered Will writer and full member of the Society of Will Writers, Nellie drafts Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney across England and Wales every single day. In 2025 AWAY Wills won 11 national awards, including Will Writing Service of the Year, and Nellie was named one of the UK's Forty Under 40.
