Paul is a very experienced Project and Programme Manager and has delivered projects including organisational restructuring, business process re-engineering, change management, infrastructure and the selection and deployment of information management solutions for clients including police, local government, central government, health, financial sector, private sector and defence over the last 30 years. 
With a unique combination of experiences of procurement, finances, quality assurance, process re-engineering, change management and project & programme management he applied these to deliver complex, high risk and high-profile projects and programmes.
Now Paul is now heading up Europe’s leading integrations, automation and AI house, Makeitfuture, to expand further into the UK. Creating and implementing AI strategies with clients and delivering rapid deployments in weeks, rather than months / years to give a staged delivery and immediate ROI.
