Rael Landau is a South African entrepreneur, business leader and attorney with over 25 years of experience across global business process outsourcing, corporate law and commercial debt recovery. He is the Founder and CEO of IntelliBPO and Landau Attorneys. After obtaining an economics degree from the University of Cape Town and a law degree from the University of South Africa, Rael went on to build and manage multiple companies across a variety of industries. His work has consistently brought together people management and cutting-edge technology to support business growth and operational success. At the helm of IntelliBPO, he leads customer care and back-office teams supporting clients across the US, UK, Australia and Europe, with a focus on South African talent, practical AI and high-quality customer experience.
