Rod Cole has worked in IT strategy and digital transformation since 1982, bringing more than four decades of crosssector ‑ experience to his role as Strategy and Solutions Consultant at Dotsquares, where he has spent the past 14 years.His career began in manufacturing and distribution before expanding into financial services and insurance in the late 1980s. Rod later applied his expertise across local government, petrochemical ‑ operations, and FMCG, building a broad understanding of how technology drives organisational change.
