Sarah is a customer-obsessed leader in financial services who is passionate about supporting SMEs to grow. As Head of SME Industries, Sarah leads a team of Debt Specialists supporting SME customers to grow by providing lending across a range of key industries. Sarah has been a Director within Business Banking for 8 years, leading relationship directors across a number of geographies, ensuring that Barclays Business Banking is the Partner for Growth for our customers, client KBIs and intermediaries.

With 19 years experience in both Corporate and Business Banking Sarah has an in-depth knowledge of relationship management; banking products; customer service; access to finance; and the challenges SMEs face. Prior to joining Barclays Sarah was a secondary school teacher; teaching GCSE and A Level Business Studies. Sarah has two young children Rory aged 6 and Erin aged 3.
