Sarah Skelton

Sarah Skelton, affectionately known to most as Skelly, is an award-winning leader in the sales industry, with a career spanning more than 25 years. An expert in matching high potential early career talent with ambitious organisations, she has placed over 3,000 candidates, from entry-level roles to senior leaders, changing how businesses build and scale their sales teams today. Skelly won Sales Mentor of the Year at the 2025 European Women in Sales Awards, recognition of a mentoring style built on genuine relationships, personal coaching and unwavering support for the people she works with.

In 2024, she co-founded Flourish, part of the Apprentify Group, to reinvent how businesses attract, retain and grow sales talent, putting inclusivity, coaching and pastoral care at the heart of everything it does. Through Flourish' s Discovery Days, she looks beyond the CV, assessing confidence, coachability, communication, curiosity and character to find people who don 't fit the traditional sales mould, whether they ' re non-graduates or switching careers, and gives them a genuine way in. Beyond the boardroom, Skelly is a passionate advocate for women in sales and a familiar voice on BBC Radio 5 Live ' s Wake Up to Money, where she shares her expertise on leadership, diversity and the world of work today
