Simon has an extensive career in people and organisational development. He has worked for two major consultancies and twice built a consulting business from scratch. He has worked with leading international organisations and smaller, often privately-owned businesses. His expertise is in people’s behaviour at work, and how to make organisations more effective. Starting in the international logistics business, Simon first joined Mercuri Urval, a specialist assessment consultancy, then broadened his knowledge of leadership, performance and change at Hay Group. After building a new consultancy business for a fast-growing AIM-listed training company, he set up People and Performance Consulting in 2002. Clients have been in finance and investment, manufacturing, food, technology, professional services and industry. Simon is enthusiastic about his job, and is committed to improving work for businesses and their people.
