Steve and Tracey Hanbury founded the National Landlord Investment Show in 2013, creating a platform dedicated to delivering greater education, support and connection across the private rented sector and the wider UK property industry. Since its launch, they have delivered more than 100 live property exhibitions throughout the UK.

They have since expanded the show into LIS Media Group, a portfolio of brands serving professional landlords, property investors, developers and property service businesses. Their mission is clear: to raise standards and promote professionalism across the private rented sector through expert-led education, trusted information and meaningful industry collaboration.

The LIS Media Group includes the National Landlord Investment Show, Landlord Investor Magazine, Landlord Investor Club, UK Property News, the National LIS Service Awards and the LIS Community Hub.
