Tim Pattenden

Head of Operations, Case-UK
Tim Pattenden brings together large-scale operational leadership and performance psychology to help organisations answer a commercially important question: how do you create conditions for people to perform, belong and thrive?

As Head of Operations and Services at Case-UK, part of The BUSY Group, Tim leads delivery and strategy for health, employment and workplace wellbeing programmes in Wales and England. Case-UK has supported 16,000+ people and worked with 180+ businesses. Before joining in 2025, Tim was Operations Director at Seetec, leading a £175 million portfolio and 350 colleagues. Across his 20-year career, he has managed contracts worth over £265 million and overseen more than 50,000 client outcomes.

Tim holds an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology and is completing supervised practice towards HCPC registration. As Head of Performance Psychology for the England Amputee Football Association, he supported the squad when it won its first major international trophy in 30 years.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Employability Professionals and a licensed practitioner with Mindflick, founded by Andrew Strauss OBE. At the heart of Tim’s work is a simple conviction: every individual has inherent worth. When organisations act on that belief, they restore choice, unlock performance and create genuine belonging.
