Vince Hannant has spent his career on both sides of the leadership challenge - as the operator under pressure, and as the advisor brought in to fix it. He was a core team member at Keycom plc, a telecoms start-up he helped build and take to IPO, learning first-hand what it costs a founder to scale a business while still trying to run it. He later became Managing Director at Dove Nest Group before founding Melior Esse, a leadership development consultancy. Today Melior Esse develops the senior leaders of tomorrow, working with founders navigating growth and exit, and with corporates shaping their next generation of board-level talent - including running development for the top 20 leaders below the group board of a 4,500-person organisation. Vince's perspective is grounded in having made the mistakes himself, then spending years helping others avoid them. He speaks plainly about what actually works.
