Delegate Sales Executive
A Client Relationship Manager’s duty is to support and ensure the main structure and function of the events run smoothly for both the client and organiser. You will build relationships with the exhibitors and partners of the events, in which you will help ensure they are 100% ready for the days of the exhibitions.
Job Title: Client Relationship Manager

Salary: £20,000 - £23,000
Key responsibilities:
- Main contact for clients to assist with the set-up of the event
- Regular communication with your clients via virtual meetings or telephone
- Collect content from clients - newsletter inclusions, social media posts, showguide adverts, payments etc. and distribute to the relevant departments
- Working with clients to make the most out of their attendance to the show
- Maintaining the live floorplan, CRM and website
- General administrative tasks
Required skills:
- The ability to communicate confidently - both written and verbally
- Attention to detail
- Work in an organised and efficient manner
- The ability to work under pressure
- Team player, who enjoys working in a fast paced environment
- Strong customer service and client facing skills
- Large knowledge and experience in IT softwares, Word, Excel, Outlook and Google
- Manage workload independently

Junior Sales Executive
At Business Show Media, we have been organising trade exhibitions for over 20 years and run Europe’s largest business event, The Business Show. With our headquarters in Bristol, we are expanding rapidly and have just opened our central Bath office.

Salary: £19,000 - £22,000

You will be responsible for generating new business through sponsorship opportunities and exhibition stand sales on Europe's Leading Business to Business Event with over 40+ editions of prestigious history.
We are looking for ambitious, career driven Sales Executives to join our business with the desire to progress and become an integral member of Business Show Media Ltd.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively utilising multiple methods to identify a strong pipeline of new business
- Bringing in revenue through selling exhibition stand space & sponsorship opportunities
- Generating interest through engaging social media content
- Generating business via cold calling, networking and social selling
- Working with clients to package their exact exhibition requirements
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong team player
- Clear and concise communicator
- Driven and motivated
- Strategic and proactive thinker
- Previous sales experience (Ideally as a sales executive or in business development)
- Experience building and maintaining relationships with clients
- A background in hitting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in opening and closing sales
Partnerships Account Manager
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our busy central Bristol office and work on our portfolio of worldwide business events. As part of the marketing team, you'll be responsible for building partnerships with industry professionals to promote our event. You’ll be the main point of contact for these partners and will work with them to make the most out of their presence at the show.
Job Title: Partnerships Account Manager
Job Type: Full time, office based, Monday - Friday
Salary: £20,000 + commission
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify associations, publications and trade bodies who have a similar audience to our events and research the companies to see how we could work together
- Contact companies and agree a mutually beneficial partnership arrangement
- Send out contracts to get these partners on board
- Briefing the marketing team on the partners you bring into the business and the next steps for promotion
- Manage partnership relationships
- Liaising with the partners who are exhibiting to explain the stand logistics and how to make the most of the show
